Our client a leading, reputable and well-regarded Financial Services Membership Body is currently recruiting an Account Manager.

The Role of Account Manager

This is an exciting and vital role within the associate membership team of the Membership and Strategic Partnerships team at UK Finance - Representing 300 full member firms from a variety of sectors into Legal, Technology, The Big Four, The Magic Circle, Professional Services, Consultancy, Business, Blue Chip, FSTE 100, C-Suite, Corporate etc.

This role will support the Associate Membership team and activities, whilst relationship managing a designated cohort of Associate Member accounts. Working in a collaborative team environment, you will manage a cohort of member accounts by building relationships and raising commercial opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities

Through relationship building and regular engagement with a portfolio of existing associate members, implement the UK Finance membership proposition to achieve high levels of member retention and engagement that align to business and commercial objectives.

In collaboration with the Associate Membership team, further develop the account management strategy to fulfil existing members’ needs, seek to broaden the scope of the relationship, engagement activities and number of contacts.,

You will play a key role in supporting the associate membership team, helping to showcase return on investment for our associate members. Utilising skills such as engagement analysis, monitoring and recording data and statistics will allow us to constantly review the success of our activities in line with expectation. Activities will include, (but not limited to):

Working with Marketing to keep Associate Member pages and information up to date.

Assist with the Quarterly updates to Associate Members (to include Committee updates, and the forward events schedule etc).

Supporting the team with Associate Member events and briefing sessions.

Assisting with sponsor liaison (in the run up to and at events) and supporting sponsor logistics).

Proof reading marketing/events materials.

Co-ordinating Associate Member meet and greets (logistics).

Through training and / or experience, you will become a CRM 'Champion’ within the wider team, recording and supporting your associate member account engagement.

As a member of our Team, you will act as a support for the wider team as needed and work on key projects / activities or provide cover for others across the team.

Person Specification

Experience within a fast-paced membership &/ or commercial environment

Experience of relationship and stakeholder engagement

Experience of Microsoft Teams is preferable but not essential

Well organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadline

Excellent attention to detail

Good communicator

Proficient in Microsoft Office packages such as Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
