Description

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring smooth project and campaign delivery.
  • Take detailed client briefs, identify opportunities, and manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with directors to create accurate estimates and production schedules.
  • Brief client projects to the studio, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
  • Attend and contribute to regular internal and external work-in-progress meetings.
  • Ensure timely billing and host post-project reviews with clients and the team.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and client referrals.
  • Support directors with pitches, tenders, and attend business development events.

  • Strong team player, able to collaborate and work independently.
  • Excellent listener and communicator with strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, maintaining professionalism in all tasks.
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise under pressure.

  • Confident in building and maintaining positive client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient with Mac-based software, CRM systems, and project management tools like Trello, Slack, and Basecamp.
