Your new companyI have recently teamed up with a startup, B-Corp, to assist in hiring an Account Manager for their partnership team.   • Be the main point of contact for our employer partners, crafting strategies and plans to implement the companies' model to achieve their social mobility recruitment goals.
  • Deeply embed the company within their partners' ecosystem - creating a genuine impact on our partner employees, so they recognise the value of being partnered with the company.
  • Create annual plans to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
  • Broker unique opportunities for the companies' members to expand their access to opportunity with our employer partners.
  • Manage, analyse and continuously improve employers' engagement with the platform

What you'll need to succeedWhilst you'll be a core part of our Commercial team, reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll ultimately interact with all teams within the company. Your role will have an impact on every team and every team member and will be instrumental in accelerating the company's growth.The skills and characteristics the company is looking for

  • Enterprise Account Management experience within a tech environment (or similar)
  • You'll need to be a self-starter, comfortable in ambiguity and have a proven ability to take the initiative to generate great results with our partners.
  • An ability to represent the company and its mission across a variety of communication channels, including presentations, digital channels and in-person engagements.
  • Deep understanding of partnerships and Account Management, ideally in an early career or educational context - ideally with legal sector and enterprise experience.
  • An indisputable passion for the company's mission and understanding of our values
