The role:
- The successful Account Manager will manage and grow existing relationships across the contract catering and stadium sectors across the South of England.
- The Account Manager will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and will lead reviews to identify cost benefit analysis recommendations for the company that will create cost savings and value for the customer.
- As Account Manager you will gain a deep understanding of the accounts to identify opportunities for growth and be able to communicate and sell added value services.
- The Account Manager will deliver training to support new systems and efficiency driving initiatives that will enhance the purchasing process and drive sustainability objectives.
- In the role the Account Manager will work cross functionally internally resolving any issues and maximising opportunities.
Ideal candidate:
- You will currently be working as an account manager within a food business that supports the catering or business and industry sector and be able to demonstrate an understanding of food and food trends.
- It is essential that you can demonstrate a proven track record of forming and building strong long-lasting relationships along with excellent customer service.
- For the Account Manager role it is essential to have excellent empathy, listening and communication skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be a fast learner with the ability to multi task and problem solve to exceed customers expectations.
- With high levels of attention to detail the Account Manager will have superb time management and organisational skills.
- It is essential to have excellent IT skills across Word, Excel and Powerpoint along with good data analysis skills.
- You will thrive in a personable, values driven organisation with a genuine focus on personal development
