Affiliate Account Manager

The Job

  • Managing a portfolio key of clients. This includes managing the team members that work on them and day to day execution of those clients.
  • Ability to build, present and coordinate the delivery of top key clients strategies. Using analytical skills to make strategic decisions to help clients meet their goals
  • Provide leadership to direct reports, motivate individuals to high performance
  • Responsible for the performance development of team members
  • Hold weekly meetings with team members to review work flow, help them work through challenges and identify areas they can receive additional support and from whom Establish and maintain regular and appropriate communication with the key contact(s) for the client through meetings, emails, calls and support tickets
  • Grow revenue from existing client relationships - understand client needs/requirements in order to contact with appropriate product/services information

You

  • 2+ years' experience in a relevant affiliate/performance marketing role.
  • Strong communicator and comfortable speaking to clients.
  • Excellent attention to details and keen focus on accuracy.
  • Experience presenting affiliate content to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong experience across MS Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A team player, but able to work independently when required.
