My client are a leading Marketing Agency who are looking for an Influence Account Director to support them on a variety of their ClientsYou will be reporting into the Head of Influence

The Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of influencer campaigns and provide support to managers and executives throughout the process, including identification, creative development, implementation, and reporting.
  • Develop and establish a cutting-edge influencer strategy, including setting objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, including media, PR, social media, brand activation, and digital teams, to execute top-tier campaigns for clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with suitable talent and facilitate opportunities to enhance the influencer program for clients.
  • Present innovative content solutions to internal stakeholders and clients, overseeing daily activations and offering guidance to junior support teams.
  • Offer expert advice to clients, keeping them informed about industry developments and demonstrating their relevance to their specific needs.
  • Stay abreast of cultural and social trends, as well as customer attitudes, to inform campaign strategies.
  • Assist in promoting the company's influencer offerings by writing thought leadership pieces and participating in industry events.
  • Lead various projects as necessary, including new business pitches, market assessments, and competitive trend analyses.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities by inspiring and guiding teams, fostering trust with mid-level clients, and providing effective communication and counsel on industry developments.

You

  • Demonstrated track record as an Influence Account Director or in a comparable position.
  • Profound grasp of influence strategy coupled with managing extensive multi-market campaigns.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adeptness in cultivating productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Confidently leads influence discussions and adeptly resolves issues on the spot, serving as a point of escalation for junior clients.
  • Thorough comprehension of the client's strategic and business landscape, leveraging this insight to devise effective solutions and approaches tailored to their needs.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with diverse capabilities and disciplines to devise integrated influence solutions addressing the client's business challenges.
  • Exhibits creative problem-solving prowess in all tasks, whether refining internal processes or co-creating compelling strategies to pitch the work. Capable of exploring various perspectives on a brief.
