Merrifield Consultants is delighted to be partnering with a national charity to recruit a Corporate Membership Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading organisations, promoting membership engagement and business partnerships to create meaningful workplace change.

The Corporate Membership Executive will be responsible for account management, membership retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role is integral to engaging HR and Diversity & Inclusion teams in developing strategies that support workplace inclusivity.

Job Title: Corporate Membership Executive Salary: £32,000 per annumContract: Permanent, full-time.Location: Hybrid, with an office base in Central London.Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible working patterns considered.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Build strong relationships with member organisations, acting as a trusted advisor to their HR and D&I teams.
  • Support members in adopting and utilising digital resources.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new members, including welcome packs and onboarding sessions.
  • Administer membership renewals and maintain accurate records in the client database.

Membership Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell enhanced membership packages.
  • Collaborate with members to promote accreditation programmes that showcase workplace inclusivity.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations to engage prospective and current members.

Communications and Events:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials and managing online content.
  • Organise and attend member events to foster community and engagement.

Person Specifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, business-to-business relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles and workplace best practices.
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and marketing tools like InDesign or Photoshop.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for creating positive workplace change.
