Role Overview:
Ultimately, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Delegate Subscription Sales Executive to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving delegate subscriptions, dinners, hackathons, and networking events while building long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries.
The Delegate Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in generating revenue by selling event access packages, securing repeat business, and identifying new opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Proactively sell delegate subscriptions for events and conferences to new and existing clients by cold calling and email.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
- Act as the main point of contact for subscription inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research and Lead Generation:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Communication and Negotiation:
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of events and subscription packages to potential clients.
- Handle objections effectively and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product and event development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, media, or subscriptions.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A minimum of one years b2b sales experience is preferred
- Exceptional Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences by phone.
- Results-Oriented:
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team objectives.
- Relationship Management:
- Skilled at building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Adaptability:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Tech-Savvy:
