An exciting global manufacturer is after a Strategic Account Manager who will travel to Europe to meet existing and new customers. This brand provides batteries to Manufacturers and this role will consist of 70% Account Management and 30% New Business. They are a well-known brand & welcome anyone who has worked within the Industrial Industry. Up to £40k base, £5k OTE for the year, paid in 2 parts. (car or allowance, mobile, laptop, pension scheme 3%, life assurance 20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays)What do we mean by Industrial B2B experience?If you have sold items that help the product, get Manufactured, that is the experience were after. This could be within Construction, Automotive or any other industry that is related!You will be working within the infrastructure division selling battery solutions to Buyers and Directors within Energy. These are Lithium Iron Rechargeable batteries (LIB) or Custom battery. This could be for Gas, Water, Electric Smart meter back up battery.Client Meetings:There will be no meetings in the UK at the start however you will travel to Europe twice a month.You will be expected to be in the offices once a week, however they are flexible depending on where you live. Office Location: Near Datchet, Old Windsor, Slough.Responsibilities:*Manage all aspects of assigned business accounts to agreed sales targets, developing strong relationships with key customers.*Support the development of new business and revenue opportunities, identifying USP, value creation and strong customer relationships. This includes European travel.*Represent / attend on behalf of the company key Industry trade exhibitions when required.*Report sales progress on a weekly or monthly basis or as required by line management, with travel to HQ office when line management requires.*Collate market and customer information and feedback opportunities to management on a regular basis.*Accept other tasks or projects as assigned by senior management.Up to £40k base, £5k OTE for the year, paid in 2 parts.
