About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to run a co-working space as if it were your own business. You'll be responsible for growing and maintaining occupancy, managing operations, and creating a welcoming, engaged community where businesses can thrive. From handling sales and renewals to organizing events and ensuring smooth daily operations, you'll be at the heart of the space's success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sales & Growth: Drive occupancy by managing new member enquiries, conducting tours, and securing renewals.
  • Community & Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, organize networking events, and create an environment where businesses can connect and collaborate.
  • Operations & Service Excellence: Ensure the space runs efficiently, maintaining high facility standards and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Revenue Opportunities: Maximize income through meeting room bookings, events, and additional services.
  • Sustainability & Local Impact: Support sustainability initiatives and engage with local businesses and charities.
