Zachary Daniels continue to work with an exciting Luxury Skincare Business based in London. I am looking for a luxury beauty enthusiast with a knack for managing key retail and eCommerce accounts. If you thrive on building strategic partnerships that drive sales growth I'd love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will already be operating as a KAM within the beauty industry and ideally have worked with UK luxury retailers.

Key Account Management

  • Cultivate and manage key retail, eCommerce, and wholesale accounts, ensuring you understand their unique needs to drive growth.
  • Develop customized account plans that elevate sales performance and enhance our brand presence.
  • Be the go-to contact for all account-related matters, negotiating terms and securing our brand's visibility.

Sales Growth & Reporting

  • Propel sales growth by aligning strategies with each account's objectives, striving to meet and exceed targets.
  • Dive into account performance analysis, leveraging sales data and market trends to fine-tune strategies.
  • Prepare insightful sales reports and forecasts, tracking KPIs and metrics to align with our ambitious goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels for efficient stock management and timely order fulfillment.

Relationship Development

  • Forge and maintain robust relationships with key retail and eCommerce partners, ensuring collaboration and shared success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams-Sales, Marketing, and Operations-to execute account strategies seamlessly.
  • Work closely with retail buyers to align on promotional activities, merchandising opportunities, and marketing initiatives.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring account strategies to life, both online and offline.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while maximizing product visibility through effective merchandising.
  • Lead engaging meetings with key accounts, showcasing brand strategies, new product launches, and performance insights.
