Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new members, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and implement strategies to boost retention and satisfaction
  • Work with sales and marketing to attract new members and support campaigns promoting the space
  • Oversee member accounts, track data, and generate reports on occupancy and trends.

You Will Be:

  • A people person, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
