I am seeking a National Account Manager who is interested and passionate about the Health & Beauty/Skincare industry and enjoys working within the strong Pharmaceutical Industry.
You will have Full P&L ownership of a Top 4 Grocer account and can attend the office in Berkshire twice per week (Tues + Weds).

Description
The Successful National Account Manager - Sainsburys (Skincare) will:
- Own the relationship with designated customer and set customer-centric and collaborative tones.
- Lead and co-ordinate, internal cross functional stakeholders to ensure customers needs are visible across the business
- Forecasting - Full responsible - Weekly Sales-out
- Work alongisde Brand + Supply Team and in partnership with your customer, taking ownership for forecasting - including a supply and financial forecast
- Full Accountability for delivering FY customer targets and on Customer P&L
- Monthly reporting on Sales Drivers shared with wider team
- Drive Y-O-Y growth!
Profile
The Successful National Account Manager - Sainsburys (Skincare) will:
- FMCG/Consumer background with experience working with at least one of the Top 4 Grocer, ideally Sainsburys
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environments
- Understanding of Category Management and Revenue Growth Management

Job Offer
On offer for the successful National Account Manager - Salisbury's (Skincare) is:
- Circa £50-55k
- Bonus: 15%
- No car/allowance
