Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Partner Account Manager to join the team.

Location: London – Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Commission (OTE £70,000 - £80,000)

Our client is a growing fintech business specialising in payment technology. Formed in 2018, their aim is bringing together technology and financial services into an omnichannel solution, making payments for the B2B clients as simple as possible.

Partner Account Manager – The Role:

You will be responsible the management of a portfolio of our client’s payment partners, acting as the first point of contract for queries or issues. You will foster long-standing relationships with these partners, ensuring high levels of partner retention and customer satisfaction. You will be crucial in maintaining the relationships and increasing the profitability of the partnerships.

Partner Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a bridge for channel partners to strengthen trust, boost brand reputation, and enhance credibility

- Act as the main point of contact for partners and resellers

- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with both current and potential partners

- Contribute to critical business goals such as client retention, revenue expansion, and profitability

- Generate new revenue streams through lead acquisition, sales inquiries, and outreach efforts

- Offer specialised knowledge on payment processing and actively introduce innovative solutions for partners

- Proactively identify and approach new potential partnership prospects

Partner Account Manager – You:

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sales and managing customer relationships

- Background in payment industry sales or a similar field is a bonus

- Commercially focused with previous sales or account management experience

- Comfortable in a self-generating environment

- Highly energetic in partner engagement, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Skilled in troubleshooting and employing creative problem-solving techniques.

- Experienced in indirect sales channels, such as working with resellers and sales partners would be beneficial

- Results-oriented professional
