The Role

As a Paid Search Account Director, you will lead and grow the agency’s paid search function, managing high-profile client accounts, and mentoring a talented team of paid media professionals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's PPC strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee paid search strategies that align with client goals, ensuring innovative, data-driven, and effective campaigns.
  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
  • Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of paid search specialists, ensuring they deliver high-quality work and achieve their professional growth objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other channel leads (e.g., SEO, Social, Programmatic) to ensure integrated and cohesive strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI.
