E Junior are a start-up recruitment business offering managed recruitment campaigns to SMEs. We’re looking for a part-time Sales Executive to drive new business from scratch and sell our managed recruitment campaign service to companies that need help hiring.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Generating new clients from scratch through your own prospecting, outreach, and networking.
- Selling our managed recruitment campaigns to businesses seeking cost-effective hiring solutions.
- Managing your own sales pipeline and securing deals independently.
- Closing deals and earning commission on every successful sale.
What We Offer
- £15 per hour (basic hourly rate).
- 15% commission per sale (£225 commision paid for every £1,500 campaign sold).
- £1,000 bonus per quarter for hitting quartely targets
- Flexible, part-time work (16 hours per week).
- Potential for long-term work if consistent sales targets are met.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (B2B, recruitment, or service sales preferred).
- Self-sufficient and proactive - no sales tools, training, or leads provided.
- Confident in cold outreach and building relationships from scratch.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Access to your own resources (phone, Laptop/PC, LinkedIn, etc.).
