Regional Account Manager | South of the UK | Watches | Salary up to c£45,000 + Car or Car Allowance

We are exclusively working with a luxury watch brand looking for a Regional Account Manager for the South of the UK. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Account Manager or Regional Sales Representative looking for a new challenge.

You will be a key figure head and brand ambassador for the business and will help elevate their market share in the affordable luxury watch sector.

Key responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager include:To maximise the store performance across the brands network of independent retailers and national businesses

  • Optimising the sales performance of the existing retail network and developing the distribution with new accounts in both the physical and digital retail channels.
  • To work with business partners both internal and external, to develop and deliver business plans to achieve agreed business objectives.
  • You will be required to maintain and strengthen the brand image and create strong relationships with independent business owners, managers and sales teams to encourage and support brand sales growth.

Main tasks:

  • Create business plans for each customer to deliver the agreed sales and brand goals.
  • Plan and prioritise systematic support with retail partners through a combination of regular physical and virtual review meetings to ensure the progress of the business towards the agreed objectives.
  • Optimise the online presence of the brand with the customers' websites and ensure these are kept up to date and regularly refreshed.
  • Plan, agree and implement marketing activities within agreed budgets to support and optimise sales and relationship performance.
  • Agree and manage the product range with each customer to ensure that the brand has the strongest possible representation and ensure that stock is managed efficiently to maintain this presence. Ensure that new product launches are appropriately supported.
  • Identify the training needs of each retailer store and ensure that these plans are implemented to ensure a high level of product knowledge across store teams.
  • Design and implement appropriate sales events, promotions and incentives within agreed budgets in support of product launches, business and relationship objectives.
  • To collaborate with colleagues in providing product level forecasts and to participate in the product selection and development process.
  • To regularly report on sell-out performance and to monitor and report on market and competitor activity activities.
  • Support the growth of the brands presence through new and existing accounts.
