Renewals Account Manager - IT Managed Services Provider

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and driven to achieve? We're looking for a Renewals Account Manager to manage our support and maintenance contracts using cutting-edge Digital Marketing tools. This key role involves directly engaging with customers to ensure successful contract renewals, co-terminations, and upsell opportunities, while maximizing the value of our renewals base.

Salary: £35,000 base + £10,000 commission

Key Responsibilities:

Manage support & maintenance renewals with a focus on renewal, contract consolidation, or up sell opportunities.Ensure accurate contract records and timely updates in our CRM system.Engage with vendors and internal teams to secure pricing support.Create quotes, manage contracts, and book orders efficiently.Provide weekly renewals forecasts to the Customer Operations Director.Liaise with customers throughout the sales cycle to secure purchase orders and achieve contract conversions.

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and office procedures.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently, applying sound judgement to maximise returns.High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.A team player with a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
