Your Role

Hays Solutions and Advisory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Researcher to join our dynamic team. We would consider someone new to this role or with experience. This quality driven research offering is highly regarded by its clients and has developed and grown extensively over the last few years and now has a need to appoint a dedicated Researcher to our team to support in the provision of market intelligence and benchmarking consultancy services.

What the role looks like day to day

• You will work collaboratively with the Senior Researchers, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of Client led research, offering specialist knowledge and insight, based on a combination of desk-based research and telephone networking.
• You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Client's remuneration, reward, and workforce strategies across an array of sectors, industries and levels, including Board level.
• Through strong communication, rapport building skills and quality driven approach, you will be able to utilise a variety of research tools, as well as identify and engage with a broad range of individuals, to gather niche specialist market intelligence for the consulting team and clients.
• The Researcher will support the Senior Researchers in making informed recommendations to clients as well as begin to deliver certain reports and project independently.

• You will be required to operate in a quality driven environment where attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication is paramount.
