Salesforce Account Executive (Financial Services) - London / Hybrid

£100K - £150K+ Per Annum + Commission & Benefits

Eames Consulting is working with a Financial Services company to secure the services of a Salesforce Account Executive on a permanent basis.

Job Description:

  • We're looking for a Salesforce Client Partner to drive sales and manage relationships with leading financial services and banking clients.
  • The Salesforce Account Executive will play a pivotal role in building client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Extensive experience in financial services and a deep understanding of enterprise systems, the ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients while driving strategic initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Salesforce ecosystem, financial services expertise, sales and relationship management, and enterprise systems knowledge (e.g., Microsoft).
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services sector, particularly banking firms.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with Salesforce solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.
  • Develop proposals, participate in pre-sales activities, and deliver compelling presentations to secure client buy-in.
  • Program and Project Oversight: Oversee multiple Salesforce projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivery excellence. o Provide strategic direction and ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Leverage knowledge of enterprise systems, including Microsoft technologies, to integrate and optimize Salesforce solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams, including technical architects and delivery leads, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Proven experience working within the Salesforce partner ecosystem and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the banking industry and financial services, with a proven track record of managing sales and projects in this sector.
