Senior Account Executive, Social Media and Email Marketing.
Full Time - 3 month FTC
£30,000 - £35,000
5 day working week. Hybrid working, 3 days in London offices.

Who We're Looking For:
An enthusiastic Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of customer email, direct mail, and social campaigns.
In this role, you will work with a collaborative team of account handlers, creatives, production specialists, and strategists to deliver high-volume, multi-channel campaigns. These campaigns aim to drive product acquisition and engagement across various offerings, including loans, credit cards, mortgages, savings, and digital tools.
This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension, depending on client needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will assist Account Directors and Managers in executing complex campaigns while managing briefs and ensuring project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Project Coordination: Work to project schedules, ensuring campaigns run on time and within budget.
Resource Planning: Schedule time with creative and production teams to ensure they have what they need.
Campaign Edits: Make minor creative updates using tools like Stensul without involving designers.
Deployment Prep: Prepare spreadsheets for email and direct mail deployment, ensuring everything is ready for launch.
Asset Management: Collaborate with the production team to create detailed asset lists with clear specifications.
Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets the highest standards through thorough quality checks.
Stakeholder Updates: Keep clients and internal teams informed by updating project information in relevant systems.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and achieving success.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Collaborative and personable, able to build positive relationships quickly.
Solution-oriented and inquisitive mindset.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project management or campaign automation tools.
Awareness of marketing campaign principles, including data segmentation for targeted communications.
Some client-handling experience preferred.
A minimum of one year's experience working on email campaigns.
