Skills & Experience:
The client is looking for an Senior Account Manager / Account Director with demonstrable experience in paid search & social to work across multiple clients, all with a purpose-driven focus of some kind.
The role will predominantly be working on Meta & Google Ads campaigns, and complex client accounts with opportunities to work on other social media platforms. You will be strategising, implementing and managing junior members of the team .
Role Requirements Skills and Personal Qualities:
- Planning, building & managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Copywriting, providing creative feedback & ad briefs
- Developing paid search & social strategy
- Writing weekly & monthly reports
- Client relationship management
- Managing more junior team members

Essential skills & experience:
- Experience leading multichannel clients
- At least 3 years experience working in paid search & social (agency-side or in-house)
- The ability to build & manage campaigns independently
- Strong background in data, proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
- Confident with communication & presentation skills
- Delegating to junior team members & ensuring they produce quality work
