Their online contractor management database is the global resource for connecting corporations with safe, reliable contractors and suppliers from capital-intensive industries.
Position Overview:
The Senior Account Representative, based in London, is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, driving account expansion, generating new business, and supporting client implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively service and support client accounts
- Conduct regular client meetings, including training sessions and monthly calls
- Participate in prospecting efforts, including calls, emails, and new business meetings
- Support and lead company events, including industry roundtables
- Manage client accounts, including invoicing and collections
- Execute projects driving company initiatives
- Share process improvement ideas to enhance the client experience
- Plan annual executive review meetings with client leadership
- Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of B2B experience is preferred
- Any language skills are preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent presentation and client prospecting skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
