Due to ongoing success, we are expanding and seeking an Account Manager to join our headquarters team in London.

**Role Impact:** - **Revenue Growth** - As our Account Manager for the EMEA region, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth with key retail partners, collaborating closely with the broader sales team to meet our financial targets annually. - **Relationship Management** - You will serve as the brand ambassador for some of our largest retail partners, building strong relationships and providing timely, professional support daily. - **Teamwork** - As part of a small team dedicated to positively impacting the beauty industry, your collaboration with colleagues is essential for supporting business objectives each day.

**Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, acting as the primary point of contact. - Plan, develop, and finalize annual business plans with accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. - Gain a deep understanding of key account needs and requirements to deliver excellent daily support and manage account KPIs, ensuring adherence to agreed targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for replenishment and the introduction of new products. - Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders and resolve any logistical challenges that arise. - Partner with the Education Team to organize retailer and retail staff training and events based on account needs. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights for the internal management team. - Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with accounts to discuss sales performance, marketing initiatives, and new product launches.

**Requirements:** **ESSENTIAL** - 2+ years of experience in Retail Account Management or Business Development, preferably in the beauty industry. - Strong understanding and experience with retail channels, including brick-and-mortar, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms, alongside knowledge of online sales funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies. - Proven sales and negotiation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural settings, demonstrating adaptability and success in diverse environments. - Experience managing international accounts, with an understanding of the nuances of conducting business with clients from various cultural backgrounds. - Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and market trends to drive business growth. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.

**HIGHLY DESIRABLE** - Fluency in a European language in addition to English. - Experience managing international distributor partners.
