Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing specialty insurer, where you'll play a vital role in the oversight and management of delegated bordereaux data. With a strong presence in the market and continued expansion across multiple lines, the business is focused on refining data processes and enhancing bordereaux reporting to support its growth.As a Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst, you will work closely with Delegated Authority Business Partners to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of bordereaux submissions. You'll play a key role in improving data quality, liaising with Coverholders and brokers and supporting strategic reporting initiatives. This is a great chance to develop your expertise in bordereaux management within a business committed to innovation and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the bordereaux collection and processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
  • Collaborating with Coverholders and brokers to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting quality.
  • Supporting the development of Power BI reporting to enhance bordereaux analytics and business insights.
  • Ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder Reporting Standards and internal governance frameworks.
  • Liaising with offshore processing teams to streamline data entry and validation processes.
  • Providing technical support and guidance on bordereaux data requirements across various territories and business classes.
  • Extracting and analysing key bordereaux data to identify trends and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of bordereaux management systems, including BDX.
Experience & Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of Lloyd’s delegated bordereaux standards and reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in BDX
