Description
- Provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support business decisions.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate business scenarios.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse financial data.
- Present financial information to non-finance stakeholders in an understandable manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
- Comply with financial regulations and standards.
- Support ad-hoc finance projects as required.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of property industry is desirable.
- Experience with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
