Description

  • Provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support business decisions.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate business scenarios.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse financial data.
  • Present financial information to non-finance stakeholders in an understandable manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
  • Comply with financial regulations and standards.
  • Support ad-hoc finance projects as required.

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of property industry is desirable.
  • Experience with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
