We are working with a leading general insurance company to recruit a Risk Analyst to support their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. Reporting to the Group Head of Risk, this role plays a key part in maintaining the risk framework and coordinating Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across the business. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

  • Assisting with independent review and challenge of risk data and controls.

  • Helping ensure risk policies are maintained and regulatory obligations are met.

  • Contributing to broader risk reporting, including ORSA and Board papers.

  • Staying up to date with relevant regulatory and compliance developments.

  • Supporting the maintenance and development of the ERM Framework.
