We are looking for a motivated Risk Analyst/Assistant to join our team and help identify and mitigate risks within the organization.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with prior experience in a similar position.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
The position offers a salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Preferred qualifications include relevant professional certifications and experience with risk management frameworks.

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Risk Analyst/Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain risk registers and other relevant documentation.
Monitor and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate issues as necessary.
Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation plans.
Conduct risk-related training and awareness programs.
Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
Prepare reports and presentations on risk-related matters.
Stay abreast of relevant industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in a Risk Analyst/Assistant role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CISA, CRISC).
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
Knowledge of specific industry regulations (if applicable).
