- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain risk registers and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate issues as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation plans.
- Conduct risk-related training and awareness programs.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.

- Stay abreast of relevant industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in a Risk Analyst/Assistant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CISA, CRISC).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of specific industry regulations (if applicable).
