Oliver James are partnered with speciality Global leader in the Insurance industry, who are recruiting for a Senior Conduct Risk Analyst to join their City of London office. For this role, you will be required to work flexibly in the office 2 days per week.

This role will be sitting in the compliance team, reporting into the Senior Manager, where you will be supporting the wider team alongside 2 other analysts in the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and advice to the business regarding conduct risk policies.
  • Carry out product reviews and assessments surrounding consumer duty.
  • Provide support to the Conduct team in the maintenance of the Conduct Risk framework.
  • Oversee the product risk calculator and oversee the product catalogue.
  • Review conduct MI to identify outcomes.
  • Actively monitor and report on conduct risks within the organisation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies, to ensure they meet legal and regulatory standards.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working within compliance and conduct risk within insurance.
  • Knowledge of the Lloyd's or London Insurance market would be highly beneficial.
  • A strong ability to multitask and act as the point of contact for the wider team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and independent in handling various compliance issues and frameworks.
