About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed business in Central London. They are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support key financial planning and provide commercial insights to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis: Develop models to support decision-making and assess performance.
  • KPI Reporting: Track and analyse key metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Data Analysis: Identify trends, providing recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management and investors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams across the business to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a high-growth or venture-backed environment.
  • Skills: Strong financial modelling, data analysis, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
  • Communication skills: Ability to think strategically and add commercial insight/business partner across the business
