As a Paediatric Nurse, you'll be accountable for:
- Acting as a clinical advisor and role model in paediatrics.
- Managing the department efficiently and escalating concerns as needed.
- Promoting continuous improvement in patient care through evidence-based practices.
- Guide paediatric care across various hospital departments, including OPD, UCC, Imaging, and Day Surgery.
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital guidelines.
- Participating in staff development, training, and appraisals.
- Providing consistent, professional information to children and their families.
- Leading clinical procedures and assessments, including venepuncture and diagnostic tests.
