Job Role: Small Works Engineer
Salary: £35k -£48k (Experience dependent)
Location: London- Mobile

Description:
- Installing, maintaining, and servicing pumps, valves, and related equipment for Heat Interface Unit’s.
- Repair and installation of piping systems that transport various components.
- Carry out testing and inspection of Heat Interface Units.
- Carrying Mechanical/plumbing or Electrical maintenance in line with the needs of the business/client.
Required:
- Experience with HIU’s and a background in working in plant room/ energy centres.
- Experience as a Small Works Service Engineer/ Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
- Full Mechanical Qualifications or time served (City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC or equivalent)
- Electrical engineering qualifications advantages.
- Good communication skills, alongside basic Microsoft Word and Excel literacy.
