Maternity cover (12 - 14 months)

Initially based full-time in central London offices, with the opportunity to work for two days remotely once settled in, this is a really interesting opportunity for a senior project co-ordinator or project manager to join a high-profile creative media company. You will be working as part of a small, close-knit team  overseeing audio, artwork, film, photography and digital projects. 

This role will involve: 

  • Progress tracking of multi-stream production projects and regularly reporting status to stakeholders
  • Co-ordination of production documentation – including schedules, detailed project updates, overviews and end-of project-bibles for multi-channel projects 
  • Liaising between members of the team on each project to ensure that their contributions are on schedule
  • Assist the team in the tracking of key communications with stakeholders
  • Proof-reading, checking and quality control

We are looking for someone with 

  • solid project co-ordination or project management experience specifically in a creative media company such as advertising, publishing, film, music, design etc
  • a pro-active, diligent approach with a real can-do approach
  • the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, and deliver projects on time
  • excellent attention to detail
