Job Opportunity: Production Managers (Days and Nights) - 40,000-44,000 - London

We are excited to be partnering with a leading food manufacturing company, currently seeking two experienced Production Managers to join their dynamic team. These roles offer the chance to lead operations in a fast-paced environment with one position available for Days and another for Nights.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff.
Collaborate with various departments including quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
Ensure all production targets are met in line with company goals.
Continuously improve production processes to optimize performance.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry is essential.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary range of 40,000 - 42,000 depending on experience.
