Our client, established in the 90s and specializing in building surveying, project management, and more, is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Oxford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team, receive mentorship from experienced building surveyors, and gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, including commercial, retail, education, hospitality, and more

As a member of the BS team, you will assist senior colleagues with various duties, gradually taking on more personal responsibility as you gain experience. You will engage positively with clients, develop, grow, and maintain client relationships, and manage building surveying commissions, including dilapidation advice, pre-lease assessments, project management, and acquisition surveys, covering everything from contract administration to handover and more.

The ideal candidate will hold a RICS-accredited building surveying degree, possess the desire and drive to succeed, be a team player, be proficient with Microsoft Office packages, and be local to the Oxfordshire area.
