Our client is renowned for delivering expert surveying services across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. They pride ourselves on their professional yet personable approach, working closely with clients to provide tailored solutions.
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of building surveying, working alongside experienced professionals on diverse projects.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Conducting building inspections and surveys
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and technical documents
- Supporting project management and contract administration
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Engaging in defect diagnosis and advising on remedial works
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- A keen interest in developing a career in building surveying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A professional and proactive approach to work
- Experience in party wall surveying would also be beneficial
