Flux Consulting have partnered with a well-established firm of chartered surveyors in London. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Our client is renowned for delivering expert surveying services across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. They pride ourselves on their professional yet personable approach, working closely with clients to provide tailored solutions.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of building surveying, working alongside experienced professionals on diverse projects.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Conducting building inspections and surveys
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and technical documents
  • Supporting project management and contract administration
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Engaging in defect diagnosis and advising on remedial works
