A prestigious architectural practice is seeking a fluent ARCHICAD user to assist and eventually run their 3D surveying business.
The role involves costing surveys, ordering equipment, conducting site surveys, and coordinating drawings with the existing technical team.
Candidates should ideally have some experience in marketing and client engagement, along with a positive attitude towards learning.
This part-time position requires approximately 3-4 days a week, including 2-3 days on site, with potential for full-time employment in the future.
The salary for this position is competitive, and the client requires candidates to have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Brief

A long running and prestigious architectural practice is seeking a fluent ARCHICAD user who may be interested in assisting with, and then running, their 3D surveying business.You will get involved in costing a survey, ordering equipment, arranging to and carry out the site survey and coordinate the drawings (which would be developed by their existing technical team). Training will be provided as needed.In addition to the above ideally some experience in marketing and client engagement is advantageous along with a positive attitude towards learning.

Client is currently doing an average of 3 or 4 surveys per month with an aim to ultimately develop it into a viable business.Therefore, offered as part time currently (approx. 3-4 days/ week) including 2-3 days on survey site visits with potential to become full time in near future.
