Anderselite are currently working with Tier 1 contractors (working in joint venture) who are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join their MEP division.
To be considered for this role you MUST have MEP or M&E experience ideally within Construction, Civils or Rail (open to other sectors and disciplines also).

Essential:
- Experience in a similar level role, responsible for the Programme co-ordination of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems, during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- A professional qualification or degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related subject
- Knowledge of the development and implementation of asset structures, planning standards, WBS and planning processes.
- Competence in Primavera P6 and Tilos
- Knowledge of Safety, Environment and Risk Management
- Flexible with good organisation skills
Desirable:
- Experience of MEP Programme Management on a major rail project
- Experience of Early Contractor Involvement models and NEC forms of contract
- Expert knowledge of products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Experience of a self-assurance contract environment
- Microsoft Office Packages
- MS Projects
- Knowledge of M&E systems and installation processes
- Understanding of commissioning requirements and processes
- Experience in programming M&E services packages, minimum of 5 years
