About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Foot-Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team, covering commercial office environments across London Zones 1 and 2. As a predominantly electrical role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in office buildings, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance, including reactive repairs and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks within commercial office buildings.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components in line with health and safety standards.
- Work across various commercial office environments, ensuring minimal disruption to the clients.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and report on the condition of systems.
- Liaise with clients to provide technical advice and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Level 3 Qualified in Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in electrical maintenance within commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving license is not required as this is a foot-mobile position.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and provide a high level of customer service.
