We have a new opportunity for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join an established FM provider. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the Electrical parts. Our client will provide you with a van and fuel card which you will use to go to each site.
About the role of Mobile Electrical Engineer:
Your role will be to run the day to day maintenance of the Electrical systems on our clients sites. All contracts are office/commercial spaces.
Responsibility for the role of Mobile Electrical Engineer
- Electrical and building maintenance works including
- PPM/Reactives
- Fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems
- infrastructure to include power, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs and alarms.
- Additionally doing minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.
- Fire alarms/Emergency lighting
- Lighting tests
Experience Required for the role of Mobile Electrical Engineer:
- City & Guilds Electrical Engineer Level 3
