Are you a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Facilities Maintenance Provider and take your career to the next level!


We are seeking a Skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise personal daily mechanical and electrical work.
  • Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns and reactive work requests.
  • Fix faults on site or arrange for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed.
  • Make schedule checks.
  • Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
  • Manage planned and unplanned electrical work.
  • Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose.
  • Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
  • Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience.
  • MUST HAVE City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
  • 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
