The Role

A leading facilities management company is seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to provide maintenance and repair services across multiple commercial sites in London. This role involves planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring the efficient operation of building systems while travelling between locations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive repairs across multiple commercial sites.
  • Diagnose and repair issues across electrical, mechanical, and general building services.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, power distribution, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  • Travel between client sites to provide maintenance support as required.
  • Work collaboratively with site teams and contractors to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues.


Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 18th Edition, or equivalent).
  • Experience in mobile engineering, facilities management, or commercial building maintenance.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across multiple building systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while covering multiple locations.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Strong commitment to health & safety regulations.
