Are you an experienced handyperson in building services? Looking for a new role which gives you autonomy, flexibility, and your own vehicle? This could be the ideal role for you! My client are a small sizes FM contractor who are actively recruiting for a multi-trade handyperson to join their fleet of mobile maintenance technicians.

  • Locations: North London & EC London
  • Van & fuel card included
  • 33,000 per annum basic salary

Duties

  • Painting & decorating
  • Patch repairs
  • Minor electrical work - replacing lamps, changing sockets, visual inspections
  • Carpentry - fixing furniture, window ledges, skirting
  • Basic plumbing - drainage, flushing, changing taps
  • Replacing handles/locks/doors
  • Carrying out PPMs
  • Cleaning/changing filters

Requirements

  • Building services / hospitality maintenance experience (1 year min.)
  • Full UK Drivers License (no more than 6 points)
  • Full right to work in the UK
