Mobile HVAC Technician - London
Salary: 46,700 - 53,797 | Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (42.5 hrs)
Call-Out: 1 week in 4 | Overtime: 1.5x standard rate
North London - Mobile, multiple sites
The Role:
Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across multiple commercial sites to a high standard. Key duties include:
- Completing PPM schedules and service reports
- Responding to urgent repairs & alarms from the Helpdesk
- Servicing AHUs, heat pumps, boilers, chillers & inverters
- Identifying non-repairable faults and recommending solutions
- Ensuring compliance with H&S policies
Requirements:
- Commercial Gas Qualified (At least 4: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, etc.)
- F-Gas (2079) Certified
- 17th/18th Edition (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence & willingness to travel
- Experience in HVAC/Gas across multiple sites
