Mobile HVAC Technician - London

Salary: 46,700 - 53,797 | Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (42.5 hrs)
Call-Out: 1 week in 4 | Overtime: 1.5x standard rate

North London - Mobile, multiple sites



The Role:

Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across multiple commercial sites to a high standard. Key duties include:

  • Completing PPM schedules and service reports
  • Responding to urgent repairs & alarms from the Helpdesk
  • Servicing AHUs, heat pumps, boilers, chillers & inverters
  • Identifying non-repairable faults and recommending solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S policies


Requirements:

  • Commercial Gas Qualified (At least 4: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, etc.)
  • F-Gas (2079) Certified
  • 17th/18th Edition (Desirable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence & willingness to travel
  • Experience in HVAC/Gas across multiple sites
