We are looking for aMobile HVAC Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMobileHVAC Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMobileHVAC Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
- Answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- You will also be required to understand building control systems and BMS'.
- You will have a full current driving licence, Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- You should have ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
- You should have good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device.
- You must be highly self-motivated and have ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
To be successful for thisMobile HVAC Engineer role you must have:
- The ideal candidate would have experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- You should have relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds (6187) Level 1&2, C&G Level 3 Heating &Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering.
- FGAS and ODS desirable and HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems desirable
