As the Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

We are looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Mobile HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in a commercial property in London.
- You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
- Answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- You will also be required to understand building control systems and BMS'.
To be successful for this Mobile HVAC Engineer role you must have:
- The ideal candidate would have experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- You should have relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds (6187) Level 1&2.
- C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering.
- FGAS and ODS desirable and HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems desirable
