Mobile HVAC Engineer

We are looking for anMobile HVAC Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theMobile HVAC Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMobile HVAC Engineer,will be responsible for:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems in a commercial and mixed use retail/residential historic estate..
• You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
• Answer queries, Report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
• You will also be required to understand building control systems and BMS'.
• You will have a full current driving licence, Knowledge of Health & Safety,
• Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• You should have ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling
• Working at heights and in confined spaces.
• You should have good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device.
• You must be highly self-motivated and have ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.

To be successful for this Mobile HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• The ideal candidate would have experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
• You should have relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds (6187)
• Level 1&2, C&G Level 3 Heating &Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering
• FGAS and ODS desirable and HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems desirable
