We have a new opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join an established FM provider. This role will focus on high end residential and some retail buildings. You will cover around 3 different sites a day.
About the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:
You will be givena van and fuel card and will cover central London and greater London.
Responsibility for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer
- Carry out maintenance on AHUs,FCUs and HIUs
- Hot water cylinder checks
- Pumps and heat exchangers
- Fire Alarm testing
- VRVs and MVRHs
- Under floor heating
- Small install work
Experience Required for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:
- Level 3 Mechanical - City & Guilds or equivalent

- Salary up to 49K dependent on experience
- Plus 10 hours travel paid
