We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing FM provider focusing on high-end residential and retail buildings.
The role involves covering approximately 3-4 sites a day across central and greater London, including cinemas and high-end flats.
Candidates should have a Level 3 Mechanical qualification, such as City & Guilds or equivalent, and experience in maintenance tasks like AHUs and fire alarm testing.
The position offers a salary of up to £49,000, with benefits including a van for personal use, overtime opportunities, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing FM provider. This role will focus on high end residential and some retail buildings. You will cover around 3-4 different sites a day.

About the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:

The company will provide you with a van and fuel card and you will be cover central London and greater London. The sites included cinemas,shops and high end flats.

Responsibility for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Carry out maintenance on AHUs,FCUs and HIUs
Hot water cylinder checks
Pumps and heat ex changers
Fire Alarm testing
VRVs and VRHs
Under floor heating
Small install work

Experience Required for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:

Level 3 Mechanical - City & Guilds or equivalent
