TPP are recruiting a dynamic Assurance review Officer on behalf of our client, a global professional body.

Work setting: 1 day a week in the office
Salary: Between £38,659 - £44,458 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: London - E14

The Role:

As a Compliance and Assurance Specialist to play a key role in supporting decision-making on assurance matters. You will also carry out desk-based reviews, analyse evidence, and create comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide guidance on corrective actions will be crucial, along with your collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to share intelligence and strengthen compliance processes.


Main responsibilities:

* Conduct desk-based reviews to assess member compliance with AML regulations.
* Analyse practice management systems and recommend corrective actions.
* Draft detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
* Provide expert advice on regulations, policies, and AML standards.
* Collaborate with law enforcement, regulators, and other supervisory authorities.


Essential requirements:

* Strong knowledge of compliance and AML legislation.
* Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
* Experience in monitoring compliance and drafting reports based on evidence analysis.
* Ability to manage tasks effectively and make quick decisions.
* Team-oriented, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
